Shipping policy

Unopened and unused items: can be exchanged or store credit . This does not include any custom items, sale items, items purchased with a discount code or items paid with any form of a payment arrangement. After this 3 day grace period, full value may only be issued at the company's discretion. Kai's Hair Dairy will take responsibility for any errors made on the order. We will cover the shipping cost for the return of the item and any errors made by our company.

If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return or exchange, if one is granted. This does not apply to orders processed by payment arrangements. Please note, we handle all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis.

It is our understanding that not every situation can be listed or mentioned in the paragraphs above and we would hate to do our customers a disservice.
