What is your return policy?

 By purchasing you are in agreement to the following KHD terms and conditions. You have read the product description and understand the product you are receiving. You understand and agree to our NO refund policy. You also agree to not file a dispute or chargeback for your digital purchase or physical products. You understand that once an order is submitted changed or cancellations cannot be made 

(including item changes, shipping address changes, ect)

purchases are non refundable. All sales are final

How long will the hair last?

We carry 100% south-east Asian & south temple Indian hair! 

Our hair will last 3-4 years with proper care but remember this is determined by

 how well the hair in maintained. Treat the extensions as if it were your own hair.

Hair order & Appointment Policy

 

 

Kaishairdiary.com  (hair orders) and kaishairdiary.com (booking site) 

are separate systems and do not automatically integrate.

 

Placing an order on Kaishairdiary.com does not confirm, 

notify, or associate your purchase with your appointment.

 

For all services requiring KHD hair, clients must email their order 

details to kaishairdiary@gmail.com, including:

 

• Order number

• Full first and last name (must match booking )

• Appointment date

 

Orders will only be prepared for appointments once this

 confirmation has been received and verified.

 

Orders submitted without confirmation will be

 processed as standard pickup orders 

and will not be prepared for your scheduled appointment.

 

Clients who arrive without confirmed order details 

acknowledge that their hair may not be available 

at  the time of service and may 

be subject to rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.

 

KHD is not liable for any service disruptions resulting

 from failure to follow this policy. By booking, you agree to these terms.

 

Can I Bleach/Dye the Hair?

  Kai's Hair Diary bundles can take bleach very well as our hair is 100% single donor hair.

 It is best to keep bleached or colored hair conditioned and moisturized so it will not become dry.

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?

Three bundles is recommended to cover the entire head. This is best for hair in lengths of 14" to 24". 

Four bundles of hair is recommended for hair in lengths of 26" or longer.

HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?

We carry 100% raw hair! Our hair will last 3-4 years with proper care but remember this

 is determined by how well the hair is maintained. Treat the extensions as if it were your own hair.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING/PROCESSING?

For wig orders, please allow up to 7-10  business days to process. For bundle orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process.

 Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will NOT receive tracking information for your order while it is being processed.  After processing, you WILL receive tracking information for your order via the email provided with your order. Shipping takes between 2-4 business days via USPS.

 

**Please do not request tracking information or updates 

on your order unless the appropriate processing

 time has passed, which you agreed to when placing your order.

Shipping Policy

7-10 Day Processing time.

 

Once the order is in the hands of USPS, we are NOT responsible for lost, 

stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your local post 

office if you do encounter such problems.

Are next business day AFTER processing days are complete.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If we fail to meet your expectations upon arrival and you are satisfied 

with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Our contact 

information is on out contact page and on your receipt. Please DO NOT play with the hair, 

install the hair or disturb the pattern of the bundles. If you do so, the hair is 100% Non-refundable.
